Norican Group has implemented a standard health and safety program that protects its employees, its property and the public from accidents.  We will not compromise on incident prevention or safety and statutory compliance for any business advantage.

  • Norican Group facilities will meet or exceed all statutory or governmental regulations affecting our facilities.
  • Employees at all levels within the company are responsible and accountable for the company's overall safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees.
  • Management actively supports participation in the program and provides all necessary equipment, training and procedures. Employees are responsible for following all procedures and working safely.
  • Norican will ensure that contractors working under our control and visitors to our sites comply with our health and safety requirements.
  • An injury, accident free and healthy workplace is our goal. Through continuous safety and loss control, we can accomplish this.

The policy will be regularly reviewed to ensure that it is current and reflects the changes in the nature and demands of our business. 

Environmental Policy

Norican Group is committed to: 

  • Protect the environment by preventing, manage and utilize resources effectively and limit environmental impact of activities in our business units.       
  • Comply with all applicable environmental legislation and regulations and communicate openly with our customers, employees and stakeholders and with the environmental authorities.   
  • Implementing environmental alertness by looking at a life cycle approach in developing and execution of our operations, products and services.     
  • Continuous improvement of environmental standards by having established an environmental management system compliant with ISO 14001:2015 in all major trading units.   
  • ISO 14001 Management systems in our business units must be certified by an accredited third party.   
  • Ensure that more detailed policies with commitments to reduction of waste, energy consumption, water consumption and air pollution of surroundings are defined in policies for our major trading entities.
