Our latest annual report is designed to provide transparency, accountability, and insights into our business strategies, achievements, and future outlook
As a corporate business we are held accountable for our actions and we take this responsibility very seriously. These responsibilities run through three of our four core values as a business: leading for sustainability, developing employee talent, respecting diversity and teamwork, and delivery on every commitment.
We strive to embed the highest standards of sustainable, ethical and good conduct deep in our culture, in our behaviors and practices. It means we can and must always do better. Every year!

Renewable electricity at our facilities
This year, we significantly reduced our Scope 1 & 2 emissions by switching to renewable energy at several manufacturing sites. In China and the Czech Republic, our on-site solar plants supply renewable energy, lowering facility running costs for decades.
These changes alone resulted in a 3,778.77 tCO2e reduction in emissions in 2024, with renewables accounting for 48% of our total electricity use, up from 18% in December 2023.
Taking the lead on modern slavery, corruption and human rights
Our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, including forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor, is described in our Code of Conduct. We have identified potential risks within the business and have effective systems in place.
We ensure no modern slavery or child labor is taking place in our business or our supply chain. In 2024, we recorded zero breaches of modern slavery, human rights, or corruption across all operations.
