Norican Group China will be marking its 20th year anniversary in June with a two-day event for current and potential clients to celebrate a joint journey of innovation and achievements over the past two decades.
Since 1997, the business has shown substantial growth and reached a milestone at the end of 2016, selling over 1,000 pieces of DISA and Wheelabrator equipment installed across China.
Employees have increased from three workers in the late 1990s to 245 staff in the Changzhou plant as well as 55 employees across its sales offices.
During the two-day celebrations (June 11-12), the Changzhou-based foundry will welcome around 200 visitors from across China and showcase its latest technologies.
Visitors will join the Norican team for the official launch of the DISA China Foundry Institute and DISA Spare Parts e-shop, and will be able to see the Complete Foundry solution, with machines including the DISAMATIC C3 molding line, DISA TM sand mixer and the DISACOOL, as well as the Wheelabrator DRT shot peening machine and DT, HBC and DTC shot blast machines.
Norican Group has partnered with five industry leaders: Inductotherm, ABP, Magma, Mingzhi and Elkem to deliver a comprehensive technical forum for its guests. The forum will deliver workshops to showcase emerging technologies from DISA and Wheelabrator and will cover the DISAMATIC C3, the Complete Foundry, as well as foundry and forge solutions from Wheelabrator. A key focus of the workshop will be on providing better aftermarket service, improving equipment performance and protecting the working environment.
Representatives from Norican’s customer Fuzhou Samuel Mechanical & Electronic Co., Ltd will hold a presentation sharing their experience of working with DISA and Wheelabrator and the benefits of having a complete foundry solution.
