Our Digital Marketing Team is looking for an experienced CRM Customer Experience Manager!

Working from either our Altrincham (near Manchester UK) or Taastrup (near Copenhagen, Denmark) offices, we are looking for an individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves and lead the customer experience into our next stage of growth.

Job Details: 

• Management of the global CRM from a marketing perspective.
• Creation and ownership of the full outbound marketing journeys across all Norican Group’s lines of business to create meaningful interactions at every touchpoint.
• Create and test automated customer journeys.
• Work with the digital marketing manager and Full Service PMO to co-ordinate customer activity as part of omnichannel strategies for all Norican lines brand websites.
• Create, deploy and analyze multilingual customer communications, refining where required.
• Understand customer data to create meaningful segments that deliver on objectives.
• Develop effective customer funnels ensuring conversion paths are optimized.
• Design campaigns for the various stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Be the marketing SME for CRM, working closely with IT and PMO teams for upgrades, new releases and adoption of best practice.

Additional info:

•  37.5 hours / week.

•  Flexible working, based from our Altrincham.

This role is also open to applicants who are based in Demark and are able to commute to our HQ in Tasstrup.
